### Chest Wall & Pleural Ultrasound A targeted diagnostic ultrasound of the chest wall and pleural region. The examination may assess superficial lumps, cysts, lipomas, localized swelling, fluid around the lungs, or other nonurgent abnormalities of the chest wall and pleural space. This service does not evaluate the heart and is not intended for emergency symptoms such as chest pain, severe shortness of breath, or suspected pulmonary embolism.
