Second-Trimester OB — 14 to 27 Weeks

Service Description

A diagnostic obstetric ultrasound performed from 14 weeks through 27 weeks and 6 days. The examination may assess fetal growth, anatomy, cardiac activity, position, amniotic fluid, placenta, and other pregnancy-related structures. This is a medical diagnostic examination requiring an order from the patient’s prenatal care provider. Palmetto Preventive does not provide elective keepsake ultrasound, 3D or 4D rendering, entertainment imaging, or guaranteed fetal-sex determination. This service is intended for routine, nonemergency pregnancy evaluation and does not replace ongoing prenatal care.
