- Log in at https://accounts.charmtracker.com/ to access CharmHealth, our EMR. From there, you can view confirmed study times, receive preparation instructions, and securely complete your payment. Please ensure you arrive at our Charleston site 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Palmetto Preventive is a direct-pay facility, offering clear and all-inclusive costs for every study. By bypassing insurance billing, we deliver meaningful savings directly to our patients. We are happy to provide an itemized receipt upon request, which you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
